ShrockWorks rock sliders are the strongest sliders available for your Xterra. Only the best and strongest materials are used. The round tube portion is 1.75" OD x .120" wall. This tube has a high strength to weight ratio and is commonly used in critical applications such as roll cages for race cars. They will allow you to charge ahead without fear of damage to your rocker panels.
ShrockWorks rock sliders also function as excellent steps to get in and out of your Xterra or to reach something on the roof rack.
Protecting your rig does not have to mean giving up a lot of ground clearance. The 30* angled sweep of the side tubes allows for excellent ground clearance and also provides great protection against side impacts which are very common off road. If you're in a tight spot and slip sideways, it's often your door that takes the hit.
Installation is a simple bolt on aside from 1 hole that will need to be drilled per side. All mounting hardware and installation instructions are included.
