Shipping Policy

Dirty Parts, Inc. ships within the Continental United States via UPS. For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico you will receive shipping bids from USPS and UPS allowing you to decide on the best method. You will always be contacted prior to additional charges to your credit card. Military orders to APO or FPO addresses will be shipped USPS and we will contact you for authorization on the corrected cost of shipping. All packages are shipped with insurance. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so please provide a street address to avoid delays. International orders cannot be placed on our website. We will provide you with a shipping quote prior to processing your order, and upon approval of the quote payment by Paypal or Bank Wire Transfer is required.

Dirty Parts, Inc. will ship custom switch / switch rocker orders via USPS by request. Order must be placed via email / phone, and only PayPal payments to verified shipping addresses will be accepted for these shipments.

Shipping via USPS is not currently available on our website.

It is your responsibility to make sure the shipping address and contact information entered on your order is correct (including, but not limited to, apartment/suite #, street, phone #, e-mail, etc.) If the address is not entered correctly and the package ships without notification to make corrections, you will be responsible for ANY and ALL additional charges incurred to correct the address and complete delivery. We may notify you by email at the time additional charges are made to your credit card account.

Dirty Parts, Inc. shall not be liable for any interruption of service due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the delivery location; riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and natural disasters.

Orders placed on our website for products requiring truck freight will require payment for the additional shipping charges prior to order processing and shipment.

"Free shipping" offers, and any promotional discount shipping offers presented on this website, cover most residential and commercial addresses within the Continental United States. Shipments to domestic addresses not normally serviced by UPS or USPS, including some rural areas of the Continental United States, as well as Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, and International shipments, may be excluded from the "Free Shipping" and other discounted shipping offers. Please call us before placing an order to see if your address qualifies for the offer, or to get a shipping quote.

Claims for missing Web Order items must be made in writing to Dirty Parts, Inc. within 7 days of receipt of the order. Claims for items damaged in transit must be submitted to the shipping carrier for consideration, and are not the responsibility of Dirty Parts, Inc.
