Warranty & Return Policy
Products offered for sale by Dirty Parts, Inc. may have a warranty offered through the manufacturer of the product. No other warranty or guarantee, including an implied warranty of fitness or merchantability, is provided by Dirty Parts, Inc. Dirty Parts, Inc. is not responsible for loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or consequential damages or expenses incurred by the customer to obtain warranty consideration.
Dirty Parts does not offer refunds or credits, or accept returns, on new products that are not damaged or defective, unless arrangements have been made prior to shipment. All accepted returns must be new, in their original packaging, and are subject to a 20% handling charge. You are responsible for all return shipping charges, including cost of damage to the product from improper packing / handling. Deliveries refused on orders you place with Dirty Parts, Inc. will be subject to a 25% handling charge in addition to all incurred shipping charges.
Dirty Parts will replace any part found to be defective upon initial receipt of the product. Please contact us within 14 days of the receipt of the product with your invoice number, and a description of the problem, to obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number and return shipping instructions. Damage incurred during shipment is the responsibility of the shipper, and not Dirty Parts, Inc. You are responsible to inspect for damage upon receipt of your order. If you suspect damage has occurred in transit, contact the shipper within 24 hours to file a claim.
You are required to obtain an RGA number prior to shipping items accepted for return by Dirty Parts, Inc. Any products returned without an RGA number prominently posted on the package will be refused, and returned at the customer's expense. Dirty Parts, Inc. will not be held responsible for loss or damage to unauthorized shipments.
All returns are subject to inspection by Dirty Parts Inc. prior to any exchange, replacement, repair, credit, or refund. Any claims for replacement or repair under warranty after are subject to the product manufacturer's warranty policies, and may be subject to additional charges, including, but not limited to, repair costs and shipping charges. Products returned for warranty consideration may also be subject to inspection by the product manufacturer under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, in order to determine suitability for repair or replacement.
