Overview
The ICON Fabricated Shock Tower for the Ram 2500 / 3500 4x4 trucks was purpose built to increase durability over the factory stamped steel bracket. When the heavy duty Ram is used in extreme offroad or abusive situations there is concern as to "if" the factory mount is strong enough to take the punishment. Installing the ICON Fabricated Shock Tower not only gains strength from the mount itself, it also allows for an eyelet shock rather than a stem top shock adding even more strength for a bullet proof set up.
Another use for the ICON Fabricated Shock Tower is to install the new ICON 3-5" lift coilover conversion system. The increased mounting height allows us to mount a coilover shock in the factory position to get sufficient travel and lift heights.
